T*Strong communication skills* Attention to details* Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment* A versatile team player who thrives in supporting day-to-day operations and helping improve efficiency across different functions.* High school diploma or equivalent; * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.*Administrative Professional Certification*2+ years of administrative experience*Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using office technology (multi-line phones, fax, etc.).*Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.*Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.*Professional and personable demeanor when interacting with colleagues and external stakeholders.
