The car was appraised on 2024-03-20. The following are comments from the report:

"PDJ 8440 BMW 116i is a Roll On/Roll Off RHD 5DR Grey BMW 116i manufactured in 2010 in Japan and registered locally in 2015 model seating Five persons including the driver and kept in a good condition.

Normal wearing was observed on all panel parts and no rust spots were seen. The unit is fitted with an automatic transmission power windows locks mirrors and steering were noted.

The interior is well kept the seats are fabric and the floor is carpet. The wiring is clean and tidy a Maintenance Free battery is fitted the lights and wipers all worked the horn sounded the power steering was positive the brakes held the engine sound was constant and a working A/C unit is fitted.

The unit glass is tinted. The rims are alloy and the tyres were in good condition. The tyres fitted were Pirelli (front) & Bridgestone (rear) 205/55/R16 and shows an average tread depth reading of 5mm.

Note: This unit is kept in good condition there were no oil leaks seen and the suspension oscillation was quite good. Normal wearing was observed and this unit would be given a 7 on our scale.
