We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team. If you have a knack for optimising schedules and collaborating with diverse teams, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development: Create and maintain daily, weekly, and project schedules with Production Coordinators, Daily Planners, and Mech & E&I Supervisors.
Service Coordination: Liaise with Field Services, Equipment Coordinator, and Scaffolding Contractor for daily support service schedules.
Feedback Incorporation: Integrate input from SHE, Projects, Inspection and Reliability Engineers, and contractors into weekly lookahead schedules.
Resource Optimisation: Balance and optimise manpower resources on daily and weekly schedules, adjusting as needed for project requirements.
Meeting Facilitation: Conduct daily and weekly scheduling meetings to determine job selection for upcoming periods.
Quality Assurance: Perform QA/QC on contractors’ schedule submissions to ensure compliance with contract scope and terms.
Progress Tracking: Update schedule progress according to established processes and procedures.
Maintenance Scheduling: Collaborate with Production Coordinators to schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks based on job readiness and asset availability.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor schedule performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate deviations.
Schedule Evaluation: Evaluate schedules, report findings including critical paths and milestone deviations, and assist in developing recovery plans.
Integration Support: Support the integration of scheduling and cost management data, ensuring a single source of truth.
KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on scheduling KPIs, including backlog, PM compliance, and schedule compliance.
Qualifications
-A MET, EEET/EET, or equivalent Technician Diploma.
-At least 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation or mechanical maintenance within the technology industry, including 2 years in planning or scheduling.
-Primavera P6 Certification.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Projects.
