Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? We’re looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our finance team! In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our financial operations by preparing invoices and diligently following up on receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.

• Preparation of Salaries

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Assist with month-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance position.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
