Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and professional drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting tents, equipment, and supplies to and from event locations. Drivers will also assist with loading and unloading materials and occasionally support the setup and takedown of event structures.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up tents and event equipment.

Load and unload trucks with tents, poles, and other necessary supplies.

Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to specified locations.

Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.

Assist with the setup and breakdown of tents and other equipment as needed.

Communicate effectively with the operations team to resolve delivery challenges or delays.

Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Previous driving or delivery experience preferred.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.

Familiarity with GPS systems and navigation.

Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
