Utilizing DePin/Blockchain Technology to earn an income

Today I will be presenting information on a project by the name of Gradient and their ongoing Beta Test program, highlighting how you can potentially earn an income through participation.

Edge Computation

The practice of processing data near the source of data generation rather than relying solely on a centralized data centre. This approach reduces latency, improves response times, and optimizes bandwidth usage by minimizing the amount of data that needs to be sent to a central server for processing.

Decentralized Physical Infrastructure (DePin)

A concept that bridges blockchain technology with real-world physical infrastructure, enabling decentralized and community-driven deployment, management, and monetization of physical assets. DePIN aims to disrupt traditional infrastructure systems by democratizing access, ownership, and operation

Where does GRADIENT fit in?

Gradient utilizes edge computing to enhance the efficiency and performance of decentralized applications (DApps) and services. By leveraging edge computing, Gradient can enable real-time data processing and analytics at the edge of the network, which is particularly beneficial for applications that require immediate feedback or low-latency interactions, such as IoT devices, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions. Future applications include providing edge computation for Decentralized Wireless Networks, Renewable Energy, Transportation and mobility sector

What are the Requirements and how does it work?

*You will need a PC, desktop or laptop with an internet connection

*You will install a browser extension which enables your device to become a Sentry Node.

*Once you PC is on and connected to the internet, Gradient will utilize you PC for edge computation

Benefits and Potential Earnings

*Utilizing you PC for edge computing does not impact negatively on its performance

*Once you are connected to the internet and the web browser which was used to install the extension is active, your PC will be utilized for Edge Computing and you will earn Gradient Points.

*The higher your uptime (the longer you PC stay online) the more points you earn.

*There are 3 stages of the Beta Program which began in September, once the program is completed, points will likely be tokenized allowing you to sell for USD.

*Past performance is not indicative of future results but I will highlight this to show earning potential. A similar Project called Grass conducted the same Beta testing for their project. At the end of the testing phase, testers were paid a minimum of $300-$600 USD.

*This project and their testing program is supported and backed financially by solid blockchain venture capital firms.
