Olde English Bulldogge with slight Doberman
Location: Rio Claro
Part of a family of dogs bred over several generations here at Bullhead Kennels. Not to be confused with the English Bulldog, which is a more well-known breed, the Olde English Bulldogge is larger, more agile, and doesn't require a C-section when giving birth. I have kept and bred this family of dogs for several years, infusing Doberman blood into the mix. Why Doberman blood? Well, we love the superior guarding ability of the Doberman, so despite the breed's longer muzzle, we believe the trade-off is worth it. Of course, with each successive breeding, we select for that 'bully look' that most Bulldogge/dog lovers admire. We have several dogs in our yard that are part of this family, as we endeavour to continue this line for years to come.
