At present, approximately 70% of the estate’s road network is complete, inclusive of the estate’s main road granting access to the site of Mountain View Residences. The internal road for Mountain View Residences is currently underway and should be completed within 6-8 weeks.
The Pomeroy Estate is already equipped with water and electricity infrastructure. We are actively working to carry this into Mountain View Residences, starting first with water infrastructure, and it is estimated that this work (water and electricity) will be completed over the next 12 months.
With regards to the status of approvals; the Estate comprises 1 acre parcels that have received both TCPD & Regional Corporation approvals for homesteads. Mountain View Residence is one of these parcels that was recently subdivided and is presently at its second stage of review by the TCPD.
