Flexible Landscaping Crew Member

We are a dynamic landscaping company looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team on a case-by-case basis. This is not a set-schedule position; rather, we need extra hands for specific projects, property cleanups, and maintenance jobs as they arise. This role is perfect for someone looking for supplemental income, students, or retirees who want to stay active without a fixed weekly commitment.

What You’ll Do:

· Assist with general landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, weeding, mulching).

· Operate tools and equipment such as brush cutters, pressure washers, and blowers (training provided).

· Load and unload equipment and green waste.

· Ensure job sites are left clean and professional.

Who We’re Looking For:

· Location: Must be based in the South Western Area.

· Experience: Prior experience with landscaping tools is a big plus, but we are happy to train the right person. If you are a quick learner with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

· Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy items and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Reliability: Must have your own transportation to get to job sites and a phone to respond to "call-out" requests.
