known as Maturita Estate) comprising Four Hundred and Sixty Six Point Zero Square Metres (466.0sqm) and bounded on the North partly by Lot J and by a Road Reserve 10.05 metres wide on the South partly by Lot F and partly by Lot G on the East by a Road Reserve 10.05 metres wide and partly by Lot F and on the West partly by other lands of the Vendor which said piece or parcel of land is delineated and marked "H" on the General Plan .
