Selecfit is looking for a female experienced Retail Store Manager / Supervisor to lead our Valpark location. Age 26 years and above with 4+ years supervisory and/or management
š° COMPENSATION
$30 PER HOUR + 0.5% OF ALL MONTHLY STORE SALES
REQUIREMENTS
ā Computer Literate/Point of Sale/Excel
ā Diploma or Certificate in a related field
ā Inventory & retail operations experience managing over 3 employees.
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
ā¢ Team leadership & staff performance
ā¢ Sales & achieving monthly targets
ā¢ Inventory management
ā¢ Staff scheduling & training
ā¢ Customer service
ā¢ Daily store operations
ā¢ Cash handling & reporting
ā¢ Merchandising & store standards
