They are all located on the ground floor of a very secure compound in the heart of Curepe, walking distance to both the priority bus route (PBR), the eastern main road (EMR) and also the souther main road (SMR). These apartments were designed thoughtfully with spacious bedrooms all having air conditioning and large bathrooms which are also equipped for your washing machine and dryers. Each apartment has its own tankless water heater to ensure proper service and convenience while the entire building has an ample water reserve.
