Customer Service Representative - Sangre Grande
An emerging Gospel Store & Media Centre located in Sangre Grande is now accepting resumes from qualified individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Education requirements: 3 CXC (CSEC) O'Levels which must include Mathematics and English A (Grade III or higher). Certification in Computer Literacy would be considered an asset. Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment or retail industry. 6 months - 1 year customer service experience and possession of a Valid Driver's permit will be a great asset.
Physical Requirements: Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
The actual opening hours of the store is from 8:00am to 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday); 9:00am to 5:00pm (Friday) and 8:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays.

Two recommendations required one (1) from your Pastor or Leader of the local church and another from your former place of work;
Police Certificate of Character;
