  • Customer Experience Specialist
    OBJECTIVE: To deliver “WOW” customer experiences while greeting and engaging with customers across various touchpoints (in-person, phone, e-mail, social media, etc.) to give information about products and services, take orders and manage customers’ inquiries and complaints in a fast- paced, rapidly growing, company in the Healthcare Industry. REPORTING LINE: Sales & Marketing DirectorMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Diploma in Business Administration or Communications or equivalent• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media Platforms• Previous experience (2+ years) in Customer Service would be an asset CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Greet customers at the reception desk• Engage with customers across various touchpoints (in-person, phone, e-mail, social media)• Manage and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, etc.• Interact with various internal stakeholders towards addressing customer service-related issues• Documentation of customer interactions where necessary• Create and present daily reports to management - use spreadsheets and customer relationship management software to track customer experience metrics and create daily reports for management• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures.ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS1.
