Customer Service Supervisor
* Professional Diploma in Business Administration or a related field will be an asset
* At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory position
* Ability to manage and motivate a team
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
* Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
* Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Familiarity with customer service software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar applications
* Empathy and the ability to work well with diverse teams and customers
* Understanding of customer service best practices and industry standards
* Additional certifications in customer service or management can also be an asset
