CHEF POSITION.
Responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient sanitary and consistent manner. Ability to work in fast-paced, high pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. Has a passion for food.
REQUIRMENTS
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with little or no supervision.
Must be able to work flexible and long hours as required by the operations demands.
Working knowledge of creating menus.
Must deliver daily reports to the management team.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
5 O’ Levels
Culinary Certification
Or 3 years in a similar position.
Managerial skills (an asset)
