Sales Person
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve a minimum daily sales target of 40 units.
Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings to address customer needs effectively.
Build and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently .
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation:
Base pay: $1500 per week.
Attractive commission structure for every unit sold beyond the daily minimum.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position. Flexible hours may be required to meet sales goals.
