Sales Rep.- Meat & Poultry
Identify and Develop Leads: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Present and Promote Products/Services: Clearly communicate the benefits of our products or services and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Collaborate with clients to establish pricing, volume agreements, and delivery schedules that align with both customer needs and company objectives.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to understand customer needs and match them to solutions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
