Utilize research and lead generation techniques to identify potential clients who would benefit from our offerings.Consultative Selling:Conduct in-depth consultations with merchants to understand their business goals, challenges, and current social media strategies. Tailor service offerings to match the specific needs of each client, demonstrating how our services can elevate their brand.Service Presentation & Demonstration:Effectively present and explain the features, benefits, and value of our social media management solutions. Showcase case studies, success stories, and relevant industry insights to illustrate how our services drive tangible results.Relationship Building:Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients. Provide personalized follow-up and consistent communication to ensure clients remain engaged and informed throughout the sales process.Sales Process Management:Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals. Track all activities, prospects, and sales progress in our CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company. Handle objections effectively and turn potential roadblocks into opportunities for success.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.Compensation:This is a commission-based role, where you will earn a competitive commission for every client you successfully bring on board.
