Location:Port of Spain and EnvironsJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yardman / General Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for basic landscaping, cleaning, minor repairs, and general maintenance tasks to ensure the premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesYard & Outdoor Maintenance• Cut grass, trim hedges, trees, and plants• Sweep and clean outdoor areas, walkways, and driveways• Remove weeds, fallen leaves, and debris• Water plants and maintain garden areas• Dispose of garden waste appropriatelyGeneral Maintenance• Carry out minor repairs (e.g. doors, fixtures, fences, locks)• Assist with painting, touch-ups, and basic carpentry tasks• Report major repairs or hazards to management• Assist with setting up or moving items as requiredCleaning & Upkeep• Clean and maintain storage areas, yards, and utility spaces• Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained• Maintain a safe and tidy work environmentRequirements• Previous experience in yard work, maintenance, or similar role preferred• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour• Ability to use basic tools and equipment safely• Honest, dependable, and punctual• Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionDesirable Skills• Basic handyman skills• Knowledge of landscaping or gardening• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Personnel needed for the Logistics & Procurement department with knowledge and experience in shipping, customs, international Procurement etc. Personnel needed for the accounts department ( AR, AP, BOOK KEEPING etc. )
