Location: Chaguanas
AD -Debt Collector (Full-Time)
Are you a resourceful problem-solver with a knack for communication? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we're looking for a Debt Collection Officer to join our team!
In this role, you will:
- Contact customers professionally and ethically to recover outstanding accounts.
- Negotiate and establish workable payment plans with customers.
- Maintain accurate records and document all communication.
- Ensure adherence to all collection procedures.
Salary: $4,000 monthly
Stable schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Required Start Date: Immediately!
Preferred: Individuals residing in Chaguanas and environs.
Qualifications:
- Grade 1 in CXC English or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, customer service or call centre.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and professional demeanour.
