•Assistant General Manager (AGM): Supports the General Manager in daily operations, staff discipline, and maintains 100% compliance with service and safety standards.
•Operations Manager: Oversees high-level efficiency, financial performance, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure the brand reputation is upheld.
•Bar Manager: Expert in mixology and beverage service; responsible for inventory management, cocktail quality, and training staff on the proper use of jiggers and recipes.
•Floor Manager: A floor-focused leader who ensures 95%+ guest satisfaction by monitoring the dining experience and leading the service team by example.
•Kitchen Supervisor: Maintains seamless coordination between the kitchen and FOH, oversees food quality, daily stock level, prep list and manages the "86 list," and ensures 100% adherence to food safety regulations.
Requirements:
•Experience: Proven background in supervisory roles within high-volume or fine-dining establishments.
•Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field (for management roles).
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and financial reconciliation.
•Leadership: Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
•Commitment: Professional appearance and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
