Part-Time Logistics & Fulfillment Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, energetic and trustworthy Logistics & Fulfillment Assistant (20-30) to manage the physical operations of a premium mail subscription service.

This is a permanent, steady monthly position. Your role blends field logistics (delivering sample letters to pre-approved private schools) with structured monthly fulfillment.

Once our subscription base expands, your main task will be assembling and packing letters and keepsakes into envelopes. All monthly packing must be completed over the third weekend of each month (by Sunday night). Once the envelopes are filled for the month, your work is done!

Core Responsibilities:

Sample Delivery: Drive to pre approved private schools across Trinidad to hand over free sample packs to the front office counter and pin flyers to bulletin boards.

Monthly Packing:

Collate subscription letters and carefully pack corresponding keepsakes/trinkets into envelopes, maintaining 100% accuracy.

Inventory Procurement & Hub Drop-off:

Visit a central TTPost Corporate Centre to purchase wholesale lots of Track Paks using pre provided company cash floats.

Sort and lodge all final, sealed customer packages at the TTPost facility for immediate registered mail logging.

Weekend Deadlines:

Complete the full monthly packing and sorting routine strictly by Sunday of the third week of every month.

Minimum Requirement:

A recognized Tertiary Diploma, Associate Degree, or Certification in Business Administration, Logistics, Education, or a related field.

Alternatively:

Mature candidates with a minimum of 5 CXC / CSEC passes (including English A) and a proven, steady professional track record in office administration or retail operations will be considered.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills Elite Stakeholder Etiquette:

Must possess exceptional, polite, and traditional verbal communication skills. You must be completely comfortable and confident interacting directly with high-end private school principals, administrative heads, and front-office secretaries.

Brand Representation:

Professional smart dress code and an excellent demeanor are non negotiable, as you will be the primary physical face of the company within prestigious educational institutions.

Mandatory Progress Reporting:

To maintain high operational standards, the Assistant will report directly to the Business Owner via WhatsApp/

Email at three key milestones each month:

Delivery Checkin:

Send a live photo of the display boxes positioned on the school counter immediately after each school drop-off is completed.

Inventory Status:

Report the final count of TTPost Track Paks purchased and confirm that the monthly subscriber list matches the printed thermal label count before packing begins.

Completion Confirmation:

Provide a photo of the fully packed, rubber-banded batches sorted by region right before dropping them off at the TTPost Corporate Centre, followed by a photo of the official TTPost deposit receipt.

Transport & Logistics Vehicle Required:

Primary, unrestricted access to a reliable personal vehicle and a valid T&T driver’s license.

Detail Oriented:

Extreme accuracy when matching and packing delicate items into envelopes.

Punctuality:

Highly disciplined and able to hit the strict third weekend packing deadline independently every single month.
