Retail Sales Representative Wanted – South Park Mall (San Fernando)

Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Work Week: 5 Days per week (Saturdays are strictly mandatory; rostered day off during the week)

Compensation: $23.00/hour + Commission on sales achieved

Role Overview: We are seeking a vibrant, energetic, and target-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team at our South Park Mall location.

If you love fashion, excel at customer service, and want to boost your earnings with sales commissions, this is the perfect job for you!

Core Requirements Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in retail apparel, clothing, or undergarments sales.

Availability: Must be able to work every Saturday.

Skills: Strong communication skills, punctual, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them with styling and sizing (especially undergarments).Upsell products to maximize daily sales goals.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the storefront organized.

Process cash and card transactions accurately.
