Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Setup:
Configure and launch digital campaigns assigned by senior team members within campaign management or order management platforms.
Accurately enter campaign parameters including budgets, targeting criteria, scheduling, creative assets, and tracking information.
2. Campaign Maintenance & Optimization Support:
Update campaign details and implement approved changes, including budget adjustments, targeting modifications, and campaign status updates.
Support ongoing campaign operations to ensure campaigns run according to established requirements.
3. Data Management & Administration:
Perform timely and accurate data entry to maintain campaign records and operational systems.
Ensure campaign documentation remains organized and up to date.
4. Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks before and after campaign launches to verify accuracy and completeness.
Identify, document, and escalate discrepancies, technical issues, or inconsistencies to management.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Assist in gathering campaign data and preparing basic performance reports.
Monitor campaign delivery metrics and support senior team members with reporting activities.
6. Tool Proficiency:
Build proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office applications, campaign management systems, and other marketing technology platforms used by the business.
7. Digital Marketing Learning & Development:
Develop foundational knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including campaign objectives, audience targeting, ad operations, and pricing models such as CPC (Cost Per Click), CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
Participate in structured training, coaching, and mentorship opportunities.
8. Internal Communication:
Communicate campaign status, completed tasks, questions, and potential concerns clearly and professionally with supervisors and team members.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to support campaign execution.
9. Process & Compliance:
Follow established workflows, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Escalate exceptions, issues, or unclear requests to senior team members as appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
5 CXC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English.
1 year of relevant experience; internships or coursework in marketing, advertising, or a related field are a plus.
Familiarity with Google Suite (or MS Office equivalent).
Exposure to, or strong interest in, the digital advertising landscape, with a willingness to learn cost basis models (e.g., CPC, CPM) for ad campaigns.
High attention to detail and comfort with structured, repeatable data entry tasks.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and established processes closely, with eagerness to learn and take on more independent responsibility over time.
Comfortable operating under close supervision, typical of the first 1–2 years in role, while building toward independent judgment.
Nice-to-Have Experience
1. Exposure to digital advertising platforms or marketing automation tools.
2. Experience working with data, reporting, or analytics tools.
3. Understanding of campaign metrics and digital marketing terminology.
4. B2B marketing experience or knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, customer experience, or contact centre industries.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced operational or service delivery environment.
