Administrative/Sales Clerk
Frontline Procurement & Contracting Services Limited is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative / Sales Clerk. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the company while actively supporting sales of our wide range of products, including stationery, office supplies, inks and toners, janitorial supplies, hardware items, and other general goods. Key Responsibilities: * Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries. * Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other documents. * Conduct telephone and online sales and follow up with existing and prospective customers. * Source products and obtain pricing from suppliers when required. * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Maintain proper filing and administrative records. * Assist with monitoring stock and product availability. * Build and maintain professional relationships with customers. * Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments. * Perform general administrative and office duties as required. Requirements: * Strong communication and customer-service skills. * Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet use. * Must be organized, reliable, punctual, and able to multitask. * Comfortable speaking with customers and making sales calls. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Previous experience in administration, sales, or customer service would be an asset. * Knowledge of stationery, office supplies, inks/toners, or similar products would be an advantage.
