JOB SUMMARYThe Tele-collector is responsible for initiating calls with delinquent debtors by phone, mail or messaging to collect payments and settle accounts. He/she follows-up delinquent accounts, updates and maintains accurate record on the Company system. The Tele-collector has responsibility and accountability for the effective and efficient management of his/her designated portfolio. To perform successfully in the job, the individual in this role will preserve and enhance the company’s reputation and profitability by maintaining the highest standards of customer service during the collections processes.
