Light housekeeping: Handling tidying, washing dishes, and keeping the living space clean. [Family Room] Monitoring and Communication Health observations: Tracking physical or behavioral shifts (like changes in mood, appetite, or mobility) and reporting them immediately to the family. Companionship: Offering meaningful social interaction and emotional reassurance to prevent isolation. A MUST NO USE OF MOBILE PHONES EXCEPT DURING YOUR BREAK ---- The Health Care Provider charting in a home care setting must record daily care activities, vital signs, changes in health status, and incidents. This documentation ensures safe care, tracks client progress, and provides a legal record for the health care team. Record personal care given, like bathing, grooming, and dressing. Note meal and fluid intake amounts. Track bowel and bladder habits or changes. Log help given with walking or moving. Write down vital signs if trained and asked to do so. Note any new pain, skin redness, or wounds. Report changes in mood or memory. Track signs of unusual tiredness or weakness. Write down any falls, slips, or accidents right away. Note home safety hazards, like broken equipment. Record refusal of care & Notify the Family immediately. Preparing meals and assist with feeding if needed
