Job Title: Field Verification Officer (Part-Time)

Regions: East, West, and Central Trinidad

Compensation: $450 TTD per day

Schedule: Flexible (Weekdays and Weekends)

Job Summary:

The Field Verification Officer is responsible for conducting physical site visits to confirm the residential addresses of background check candidates. You will act as a critical link in the vetting process, ensuring that the information provided by candidates is accurate and authentic. This role requires a high degree of integrity, as you will handle sensitive and confidential data daily.

Key Responsibilities

Field Inspections: Travel to various locations across assigned regions (East and West) to physically verify candidate addresses.

Data Collection: Capture necessary evidence of residency (e.g., GPS coordinates, photographs of premises, or brief neighbor inquiries) as per company protocols.

Reporting: Submit clear, accurate, and timely digital reports for every visit conducted, noting any discrepancies or observations.

Confidentiality: Maintain the absolute privacy of all candidate information. Under no circumstances should data be shared or discussed outside of authorized company channels.

Route Planning: Efficiently manage your daily schedule to cover assigned locations within the required turnaround time.

Mandatory Requirements

Vehicle: Must own a reliable, working motor vehicle.

Documentation: Must possess a valid Driver’s Permit and up-to-date Certificate of Insurance.

Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including both weekdays and weekends.

Technology: Must own a smartphone with a working camera and GPS capabilities to facilitate reporting.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent knowledge of local geography and navigation within the assigned regions.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

High level of personal integrity and professionalism.

Good communication skills for brief, polite interactions with the public.
