The Clinical Instructor will play a vital role in educating and mentoring students in our healthcare programs, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed for clinical practice. Responsibilities: - Conducting clinical instruction and supervision of students in healthcare settings. - Demonstrating and teaching clinical skills, procedures, and techniques. - Providing constructive feedback and evaluation of student performance. - Collaborating with faculty and clinical preceptors to ensure alignment of curriculum with clinical practice standards. - Participating in program development, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. - Previous teaching or precepting experience preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
