    Job Title: Accounts ClerkCompany: Greenlight Debt Collectors Ltd.Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)Salary: $3,600 monthlySummary:We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to join our dynamic accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential accounting and administrative support, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records. You will perform a variety of tasks, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, generating reports, and preparing invoices for our customers.Responsibilities:• Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, according to established procedures.• Prepare accurate and professional invoices for customers, ensuring all necessary details are included (e.g., product/service descriptions, quantities, pricing, tax calculations).• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software.• Reconcile bank statements and identify and resolve discrepancies.• Prepare checks and handle deposits.• Generate and maintain financial reports, such as accounts receivable aging reports.• Assist with month-end closing procedures.• Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers regarding invoices and payments.• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.Qualifications:• Minimum of one year of experience in a related accounting role.• Grade 1 in CXC Principles of Accounts (or equivalent).• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.To Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to avian@greenlight-tt.com
